Regular inspections are caried out on a scheduled basis by a fu-time maintenance worker with the paricipation ofthe operator. Functionalinspection means checkingand measuring the funcions of the eouioment, such as whether there are oil,water or gas leaks, how dustproof and airtiohtitis.and how wellthe panrts are able towithstand high temperatures, hioh speeds and high presues, etc, Accuracy inspecion is to check and measure the actual processing accuray ofthe eovioment in orde!to determine the degree of accuracy ofthe equipment, and to provide a basis and updated data for acceptance, repair and renewal of the equipment.
1. Before operation, please check, your local gas source and your Teppanyaki equipment’s nameplate marked in the gas source is consistent.
2. When the gas source"s consistency is confirmed, first turn on the main power, and then start the fan switch, the damper knob down to the clockwise direction to adjustto a larger, a few seconds later, the exhaust cleaning will take place.
3. Then open the gas main valve and"Teppanyaki" gas valve, use your right hand to lift the gas switch and rotate 15 degrees counterclockwise, release after about 10seconds, at this time, the gas seeding fire open, suction thermocouple safety valve, and then again press the gas switch, rotate 90 degres counterdockwise and thenrelease, at this time, the main fire is open and in a larger position.
4. fyou need to tum down the main fire,you can use your right hand to lift down the gas switch and rotate it countercockwise to 170 degres, which is the smaest fire
5. lf the Teppanyaki is equipped with a smoke purifier, please turn it on again before cooking.
6. lf you need to tum off the "Teppanyaki" gas switch, clockwise rotation to the 0 position.

1. Firstly,remove the main pipe on the air bleeder valve with tools, discharge the air in the pipeline (Note: must be caried out by professionals).
2. Turn on the main power, turn on the fan, press the damper knob, adjusted in a clockwise direction to the highest level

4.Tepanyaki exhaust and ionition: screw the ionition handle to left 15 dearees untilit cannot be screwed more. 5. Teppanyaki if equipped with a smoke purifier, please turn it on before cooking.
6. Shut down the "Teppanyaki" , should firstly close the main fire valve, and then turn off the gas switch and power switch.
7.fyou cant ionite succesiuly for several times, you need to open the air release wave aoain to continwe to remove the ait fomthe pieline. and then check whether theionition wire or battery is invaid, Waming:the design of the electrical omponents must be instaled with a zero arounding wire, the fan must be tured on beforeignition.
1. Turn on the main powerr switch
2. Turn on the power switch, fan switch, fume purifier switch, and heating switch on the "Teppanyaki" in sequence.
3. PV displays the current temperature, SV displays the set temperature, and the green light displays heating.
4. Press the up arrow to increase the temperature value, and press the down arrow to decrease the temperature value.
5.SET sets the parameters (set before leaving the factory).
6. The optimal operating temperature of Teppanyaki is 250°C
7.To turn of the "teppanyaki", tum of the "heating" switch first,then turn of the fan switch and fume purifier switch in sequence,and then tum of the power switch after1 minute.

1. After the eauipment is in place, determine the location of the marble installation and adiust the level
2.fix the marble bracket with screws, place the marble on the peripheral bracket of the eouioment and embed the un-edged side into the peripheral strip of theequipment, lf the marble countertop is uneven, a wooden strip of appropriate thickness needs to be placed underneath.
3.Adiust the marble ioints and flatness.
4. Mix the marble-specific fixing glue and volatiles evenly and apply them to the marble joints.
5. Applythe marble-specific fixing glue at the juncion of the teppanyak equipment countertop and the marble countertop, and at the juncion of the bracket and themarble.
6. Before the marble fixing glue is completely cured, use a wallpaper knife to cut of the excess marble glue, and then wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
1. After using the teppanyak, when the temperature drops to 30%c~50c,use a smallamount of salad oi on the countertop and wipe it with a scouring pad until thebrightness appears. After a week under normal conditions, the teppanyaki plate surface will be as bright as new.
2. After cleaning the teppanyaki countertop, apply a small amount of salad oil to protect the countertop.
3. The slag drawer and slag port must be cleaned every day after each business.
4. Unscrew the four bolts on the bolt-shaped holes on the pane, pullout the filte,and use cleaning fluid to dlean the ol on the louver. After cleaning,re-fix the bolts andclean it every three months.

9.lnstal the airdried plates backinto the purifier as they were when they were extracted,tighten the screws with the T-shaped handle or use the handlelock to close theelectric control box and the purifier and lock the door.
Note: Do not open the fume purifier while the power is on, as there is a hiah voltage risk

3. Connect the reserved power line and the leakage circuit breaker in sequence and ensure that they are secure,4. Power the line and press the test button of the circuit breaker; ensure that the circuit breaker can work normally,6. After the circuit breaker is reset, press the power button on the control panel;
