Processing Technology

Deck Leveling
1. First remove the slag and burrs generated during cutting
2. Pick out the flatness exceeding 0.5mm within a distance of
300m㎡ for leveling until the above requirements are met

Machine Tool Processing
1. For flat table tops, first cut them on a planer, leave a machining allowance of 0.3mm, and then grind them on a surface grinder
2. Concave-convex table tops are cut and processed by a machining center first, and after the price margin of 0.3mm is completed, the grinding wheel is replaced for grinding
3. Processing roughness requirement ≥ 0.8 level (RA0.8)
